Baum und Pferdgarten’s Pre-Spring 2026 collection is titled ”Twilight on Fifth.” Drawing inspiration from the dark, urban mystique of the ’90s indie music scene and the charming, sophisticated glamour of 1960s Fifth Avenue in New York.

Designed by Creative Directors Rikke Baumgarten and Helle Hestehave, the collection embodies both the main character and the shy girl — two sides of the same spirit, united by authenticity yet distinct in their expression. Inspired by the elegance and unapologetic charm of the iconic character of Holly Golightly, the designs reflect a sense of hope and self-expression, where glamour meets grit.

The collection embodies midnight nostalgia, celebrating the messy over the manicured, the bold over the polished, the emotional over the elusive. Party pieces shimmer with dark sequins, while delicate drop-waist dresses and floral prints offer a lighter, more playful touch.

Materials amplify the duality: sheer organza, structured denim-on-denim, grey nylon stitched with black sequins, and bold leopard prints interpreted through both soft faux fur and nylon pieces. Throughout the collection, oversized flower motifs bloom across dresses, sweaters, and accessories, adding a delicate yet powerful statement. The colour palette shifts between dusky pinks, twilight greys, deep blacks, and dark green, creating a palette that feels at once timeless and dreamlike, weaving a story of resilience, romance, and a little rebellion.
