Baum und Pferdgarten is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic International Sales Manager to join our passionate team at our Copenhagen headquarters. As a dedicated brand ambassador, you will play a key role in developing the brand’s wholesale distribution and driving the company into its next phase of international growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and expand international markets by nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new clients across key regions (UK, Asia, Eastern Europe, etc.).
• Drive sales growth by planning strategically, implementing targeted initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production. Analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-out) to draw actionable insights, identify opportunities, and implement actions to optimize sales performance.
• Manage the sales budget, prepare accurate forecasts, and ensure timely follow-up and reporting in partnership with local sales teams and distributors
• Organize and participate in international fashion weeks (e.g. Paris, Copenhagen) to strengthen brand visibility and industry relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, support, and after-sales care.
• Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments in preparation for sales campaigns.
• Provide brand and collection training to retail staff and partners to ensure brand philosophy, collection details, and product features are consistent with the brand messaging.
• Plan and execute brand activations in collaboration with wholesale accounts to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and implement
  strategic sales plans in cooperation with local sales partners to achieve
  targets and expand market presence.
  

SKILLS:

• Several years of experience managing international wholesale
• Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures and nationalities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop plans that capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Self-starter with a commercial mindset who thrives on exceeding sales targets.
• High emotional intelligence with proven networking skills, capable of building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with both existing and potential wholesale accounts.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate sales data and trends into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Adaptability to changing markets and diverse business environments.
