JUNIOR COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGER (MATERNITY COVER)
Baum und Pferdgarten is looking for a Junior Communications Project Manager to join our Communications Team as a maternity cover from January. We’re seeking a highly organized and driven professional with strong project management and production skills — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures that every project, launch, and production runs seamlessly from concept to completion. You will be reporting to the Head of Communications, who is responsible for the art direction and creative direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end productions of shoots — from planning and budgeting to delivery and post-production.
- Lead the production of bi-annual fashion shows during CPHFW, ensuring smooth execution across all stages: planning, budgeting, on-site management, and post-production.
- Oversee project management of brand, content, and activation activities in general.
- Manage departmental budgets and timelines, including cost tracking, vendor negotiations, and reporting.
- Own the brand calendar, ensuring creative and commercial alignment across departments.
- Plan and execute brand collaborations from pitch and contract negotiation to production and launch.
- Project manage B2B pop-up concepts, ensuring all guidelines, budgets, and timelines are met while maintaining strong B2B relationships.
- Align B2B marketing initiatives with the Wholesale department, ensuring cohesive storytelling and timely delivery of content.
- Ensure the Communications, Wholesale, and E-commerce teams have all necessary assets and content to meet campaign and commercial needs.
- Maintain and organize all Communications department drives, documents, and online portals, ensuring they are always up to date and accessible.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in project management, production or event management within fashion, lifestyle, creative agencies, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities — able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Eye for detail, ensuring that all outputs align with the brand identity.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable — someone who brings high energy and creative problem-solving to every project.
- Enthusiastic about storytelling, brand experience, and fashion.
